What’s The Rookies?
The Rookies is an International Award for young Artists, Designers, Creators, and Innovators, who are still studying or have recently graduated.
For the past 7 years, The Rookies and their sponsors have celebrated and showcased the next generation of creative minds in disciplines like Visual Effects, Animation and Film Production, as well as Illustration, Gaming and VR (just to name a few!). It is an incredible opportunity to launch your career since you will be working and learning from some of the most talented people in your field.

Double Negative are excited to join once again this adventure; We are proud to announce that we are major sponsor for VFX in Canada, and for VFX and Feature Animation in Europe! Winners will be offered paid internships at our studios in London or Vancouver. Please note that, as we are not able to arrange visas for these internships, you must have the legal right to work in Canada or the UK.
