Key Purpose of the Job
To assist in the organization, management and co-ordination of the services provided by the facilities department
Needs To Do
- Raise all facilities purchase orders in line with company policy
- Assist with all aspects of health and safety
- Assist with the collation of site-specific data and reports
- Assist with the management of all waste streams
- Responsible for supplier account liaison
- Assist with event organization
- Responsible for departmental diary management
- Responsible for daily building checks and follow ups
- Develop and maintain the facilities filing and information systems
- Daily process all departmental invoices and receipts
- Maintaining office equipment
- Any other duties that may be necessary as defined by the Facilities Manager
Needs To Know
- Needs to know
- Knowledge of facilities
- Health and Safety experience is desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet &email.
- Excellent customer service and people skills
