Key Purpose of the Job

To assist in the organization, management and co-ordination of the services provided by the facilities department

Needs To Do

  • Raise all facilities purchase orders in line with company policy
  • Assist with all aspects of health and safety
  • Assist with the collation of site-specific data and reports
  • Assist with the management of all waste streams
  • Responsible for supplier account liaison
  • Assist with event organization
  • Responsible for departmental diary management
  • Responsible for daily building checks and follow ups
  • Develop and maintain the facilities filing and information systems
  • Daily process all departmental invoices and receipts
  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Any other duties that may be necessary as defined by the Facilities Manager

Needs To Know

  • Needs to know
  • Knowledge of facilities
  • Health and Safety experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet &email.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
