Key Purpose of the Job

Double Negative is looking to expand its R&D team.

Needs To Do

  • Develop in-house software for the digital post-production of major feature films
  • Work alongside Senior Programmers
  • Interface with teams of designers
  • Communicate and work well in a close-knit team environment to create exceptional work

Needs To Know

  • At least two years experience with Maya's C++API (although graduates with a strong academic qualification in Maths, Physics or Computer Science will also be considered for entry level R&D roles)
  • An excellent understanding of programming languages/techniques
  • A pragmatic approach to solving complex programming/production issues.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
