WHY SO SERIOUS?...BECAUSE IT'S IMAX!

Double Negative was the lead facility for the eagerly anticipated Warner Bros, production, The Dark Knight. Working with overall Visual Effects Supervisor, Nick Davis, the dNeg team, (which was led by VFX Supervisor Paul Franklin and included, co-CG supervisors Pete Bebb and David Vickery and 2D Supervisor, Andy Lockley), were responsible for delivering 370 final shots, almost half of which were at IMAX resolution.

The Dark Knight opened in the US on July 18th and in the UK on July 25th, 2008.
