Our global training team works closely with all departments at DNEG to make sure our L&D programme meets our crew needs globally, and remains at the forefront of industry standards. Dedicated trainers and the Learning & Development team – our trainers create, curate and deliver quality content. Training is available in a variety of formats to suit your learning style. From our intranet, to in-person or online talks and classes, there is always something new to discover.
Coaching and mentoring programmes – we recognise that having the ability to reinvent yourself and your career path is important. We provide our crew with opportunities and tools to do so through 1:1 coaching and mentoring programmes.
Leadership development – we offer a comprehensive development programme for current and future leaders. The program equips our leads, supervisors and managers with the skills to create a positive environment, and to empower their teams with confidence, insight and self-awareness.
