DNEG will be at PGA’s Produced By Conference, happening June 11 & 12!
We’re thrilled to share that DNEG will be at the Producers Guild of America (PGA)’s Produced By Conference, happening Saturday June 11 and Sunday, June 12 at the FOX Studio Lot in Century City.
Returning after a two year hiatus, the Produced By Conference features a variety of panels, Q&As and exciting live events offering valuable insights and strategies for the future of production across film, TV and new media. In addition to a networking reception, this year’s conference will include Mentoring Roundtables and the return of the Pitch Perfect session, during which a handful of pre-selected attendees pitch their projects live in front of an audience of leading producers and executives.
Produced By will also launch two new sessions at this year’s event; the Producers One-on-One series and PGA Create, an event that brings emerging and mid-career creative producers from underrepresented backgrounds together for a day-long set of networking opportunities supported by the program’s lead sponsor, Google.
DNEG’s own Philipp Wolf (Executive-in-Charge, Corporate Strategy) and Xavier Bernasconi (VFX Supervisor) will both be speaking at the event over the weekend, alongside an impressive line-up of industry veterans including Dimension Studio Co-CEO Steve Jelley.
Other confirmed speakers include Seth MacFarlane (Founder/CEO, Fuzzy Door; The Orville, Ted & Ted 2, Family Guy), Viola Davis (CEO and Co-Founder, JuVee Productions; The First Lady), Dan Lin (Founder and CEO of Rideback; The LEGO Movie franchise, Disney’s Aladdin, Netflix’s The Two Popes, The CW’s Walker) and many more.
