Recalling the magic of GAFX 2024!

GAFX 2024: A Global Confluence of Animation, VFX, and Gaming Brilliance!

Last month, our DNEG and DNEG Animation teams gathered in Bengaluru, India for GAFX 2024, an event uniting industry leaders to showcase excellence, host insightful discussions, and facilitate engaging sessions.

DNEG Animation’s Phillipe Gluckman (Creative Director, India), Narendra Deshpande (Executive Producer), and Toby Seale (Lead Animator) took to the stage to reflect on their work on the Oscar, VES and Annie nominated Nimona.

Looking back at GAFX 2024 and what they discussed during their panel, Philippe and Toby said:

“Our breakdown of animation techniques wowed the audience, reinforcing our studio’s prime position in India. The engagement was tremendous.” – Philippe Gluckman

“The true highlight was connecting with those for whom Nimona was created – hearing their passion and stories, realising the universal influence across countries. Truly, an unforgettable experience.” – Toby Seale
