Stereo
As the 3D conversion partner on the movie the stereo team provided conversion for approximately 15 minutes of the action flick, including the climactic final battle scene of the film.
Due to the VFX-heavy nature of the sequences, the team knew that getting VFX elements broken out for the stereo teams quickly and effectively was going to be the biggest challenge. The team worked alongside ILM to develop an efficient pipeline between the two facilities which allowed them to spend more time on the actual conversion and make the most of the short production time frame.
