The show deftly balances atomic-age intrigue with unfailingly bright banter between the witty, resourceful Carter and her platonic partner in crime, Edwin Jarvis.Entertainment Weekly
In season one we saw Peggy working for the covert SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve). A highly trained field agent who is side-lined by her chauvinistic male colleagues, she risked everything when she embarked on a secret mission and soon became embroiled in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a mysterious organization. The series culminated in Peggy stopping poisonous gas being unleashed on New York City.
Season two began one year later. Dedicated to the fight against new atomic-age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet. But even as she discovers new friends, a new home- and perhaps even a new love- she’s about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect.
DNEGTV were very proud to return to help Agent Carter fight the forces of darkness. Here’s brilliant Wired featurette on our work on this season:
