The Stereo Team

The stereo team contributed stereo conversion services for key sequences in the movie, delivering approximately 380 shots in total. One of the main sequences the stereo team worked on was set on the streets of New York City, and sees our heroines battling their way through an army of ghosts as they make their way towards their final encounter with main villain Rowan North.

The stereo team also delivered the climactic sequence of the movie, in which the Ghostbusters battle Rowan North into a large tunnel-like portal back to the ghosts’ home dimension. The villain has New York enveloped in a frenzy of supernatural activity, and the team was able to utilise the incredible visual effects to create an immersive and enjoyable 3D climax for the movie.
