'The Last of Us' and 'Nyad' CREWS CELEBRATED AT 22nd ANNUAL CEREMONY

We’re thrilled to share that our crews’ incredible work on Nyad and The Last of Us were recognised with 3 awards at the 22nd annual VES Awards, which took place at the The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles last night.

Huge congratulations to our amazing teams for yet another year of excellence in visual effects. Join us in celebrating all of our winning and nominated teams for their well-deserved achievements!

 

We’re excited to share that DNEG VFX Supervisor Mohsen Mousavi was part of the stellar Nyad team honoured at this year’s ceremony. Huge congratulations to our amazing team for the incredible water FX work they delivered for this film!

Following their Emmy win last month, we’re delighted to share that our incredible The Last of Us crew was recognised with two VES awards for their work on the series. DNEG VFX Supervisor Stephen James was part of the amazing supervisory team that picked up the award for ‘Outstanding Visual Effects in a Photoreal Episode’, and our wonderful DNEG team also brought home the award for ‘Outstanding Created Environment’ – go team!
