DNEG Welcomes Greg Fisher and Eric Guaglione!

Acclaimed Animation Directors join us in Montréal and London, respectively.

Welcome to DNEG, Eric and Greg!

Joining us in our Montréal studio, Eric Guaglione has over 40 years of experience in the industry, with 30 spent in supervisory roles. Most recently, he served as Production Animation Director on Disney's live-action adaptation of Lilo & Stitch, with previous credits as Animation Director including Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Napoleon and Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

In 2021, Eric's work on Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey earned him two VES Award nominations for ‘Outstanding Visual Effects in a Photoreal Feature’ and ‘Outstanding Animated Character in a Photoreal Feature’, and he has also been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for ‘Outstanding Individual Achievement in Graphic Design and Title Sequences’ for Star Trek: Voyager.

On joining DNEG, Eric said:

Greg Fisher brings over 20 years of experience to his new role in our London studio! His impressive portfolio includes working as Animation Director on the live-action adaptation of Snow White for Disney and The One and Only Ivan for Disney+, for which he won an HPA Award and received both an Academy Award nomination for ‘Best Achievement in Visual Effects’ and a BAFTA nomination for ‘Best Achievement in Special Visual Effects’.

Greg has also worked as Head of Animation on a number of high profile films, including The Jungle Book, Terminator Genisys, Maleficent, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Parts 1 & 2.
