What inspires you in your work?
Seeing the process. The rough versions and alternate takes. The attention to detail that most audiences won’t notice but the Artist and Director agonized over. Where a film is slowly pulled together from a hundred moving parts and voices to make one perfect thing. No film belongs to just one person and I find that collaboration so inspiring!
What is a fun fact about you?
I got to do the motion capture for the Baryonyx dinosaur in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. My terrible posture finally came in handy! I know the mo-cap was completely re-animated in the end but it was still awesome to play a dinosaur for a day.
What inspires you in your work?
The opportunity to connect with people on a deeper level to hear their stories, understand their journeys, and learn from their experiences. There's something incredibly rewarding about being part of someone's path to success, helping them land the job they’ve always dreamed of and watching them grow in their careers. Knowing that I can play even a small role in shaping someone’s future gives my work real meaning and motivates me every single day.
What is a fun fact about you?
I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and having meaningful conversations. I believe everyone has a unique story, and I love discovering what drives and inspires them. Cooking different types of dishes is one of my biggest passions. I find real joy in preparing flavorful meals for family and friends. I have a deep love for old songs; they carry a timeless charm and emotion that I connect with. Whether I'm relaxing or cooking, there's always classic music playing in the background! I enjoy exploring & visiting new places, as it allows me to experience different cultures, perspectives and environments.
What inspires you in your work?
The people I work with and the stories behind their careers! In recruitment, every conversation is a chance to connect with someone’s journey - what drives them, where they want to go, and how I can help them get there. I love being part of a creative industry where talent truly shapes the final product. Knowing I play a role in bringing teams together and helping artists thrive motivates me every day.
What is a fun fact about you?
I have a deep love for traveling. Exploring new cultures and places always brings me joy and perspective! When I’m not working or on the move, I spend my time making music. It’s a creative outlet that helps me recharge and stay inspired.
What inspires you in your work?
The people I work with - talented, passionate, and creative individuals from all over the world! I thrive on collaboration, and being part of a global team means I’m constantly learning from others, both professionally and personally. At DNEG, we’re lucky to cross paths with some truly amazing people, and that sense of shared purpose and creativity keeps me motivated every day.
What is a fun fact about you?
I often mix up words or say film titles backwards. I’m never too far off the real name, but somehow it always comes out just a little wrong, which keeps my family highly entertained!
What inspires you in your work?
Being able to play a small part in bringing stories to life inspires me everyday. In TA we're not responsible for what ends up on screen, but we help shape the teams and that can influence the show. I will never not be excited to sit through the credits of a film and bore my wife by pointing out all the people I hired. As a kid I had two dreams, to compete at the Olympics and to appear in the credits of a film. One of those might actually come true!
What is a fun fact about you?
If you speak to me on Zoom, you will see the floor to ceiling collection of Funko Pops behind me. The truth is, that is only half of my collection. We have about 300 in total, collected over about 14 years!
What inspires you in your work?
The impact we get to make on people’s lives. Every interaction is an opportunity - a chance to open the door to something new for someone, whether it’s a career shift, a growth opportunity, or simply the right next step. I was fortunate to shift my own career because a friend believed in me and offered me a chance that changed everything. Today, in my role, I get to be that friend for someone else and that’s what truly inspires me at work. There’s a deep sense of fulfillment in matching the right talent to the right role. It’s not just about filling positions, it's about helping people move forward in their journey while driving real impact for the organization.
What is a fun fact about you?
I sometimes act like a pessimist just to drive the most optimistic outcomes. My sarcasm in tough situations isn’t always everyone’s cup of tea. I try to hold it back, but sometimes it just slips out! Also, I laugh at my own jokes…and somehow, that laugh gets others laughing, too.
What inspires you in your work?
What inspires me the most is crafting myself in ways that I hope to evolve in. Overcoming adversity, whether in personal or professional life, which gives a huge sense of fulfillment that comes alongside it and supporting people in the same manner. I am inspired by people who feel enthusiastic about their work, their life and their family and who convey their enthusiasm and good energy to me. Being around people who are passionate about what they do makes me feel passionate!
What is a fun fact about you?
I love cooking for my family and friends, treating them with some exciting cuisines. I also have a passion and care for feeding my Fur Babies, whom I love the most!
What inspires you in your work?
I’m inspired by environments where creativity is valued - where there’s room to experiment, challenge the status quo, and build something better together.
What is a fun fact about you?
I travel for the food, craft to stay sane, sew like a grandma, and sing Broadway show tunes like no one’s watching (but usually someone is).
What inspires you in your work?
The joy of connecting people with opportunities that truly fit. As a TA Manager, I love the mix of strategy, people skills, and a little matchmaking magic. Nothing beats seeing great hires thrive and knowing I played a part in building strong, happy teams!
What is a fun fact about you? I read through novels faster than most people scroll Instagram. And I balance it out by experimenting in the kitchen.
What inspires you in your work?
When I find the exact matching talent/skill to the requirements. Most of the time these are people who work with passion and when they find a role where they can grow with the company, it feels more than just a 'work done'.
What is one a fact about you?
I intend to learn a lot of different languages. Currently I am trying my luck with learning Spanish!
What inspires you in your work?
As someone who grew up an introvert, stepping into a career in recruitment has been truly transformative. Over the past 10 years as an HR recruiting professional, I’ve evolved into more of an ambivert able to comfortably interact with a wide range of people, often beyond my original comfort zone.
What inspires me most about this work is the opportunity to connect with individuals from all over across regions, dialects, and cultures. Recruitment gives me a front row seat to human nature, especially in moments of transition, uncertainty, and ambition. Every conversation brings a new story, and every hiring decision can change a life.
There’s a deep sense of purpose in helping someone land a job particularly when they’ve been searching for a while. That moment of appreciation from a candidate who finally gets the opportunity they deserve is incredibly fulfilling. It reminds me that recruitment isn’t just about matching resumes to roles, it’s about real people, real needs, and real impact.
That ability to play even a small part in someone’s career journey is what motivates me daily. It’s meaningful work, and I’m grateful to do it. It feels like a superpower!
What is a fun fact about you?
I love playing dialect detective. Talking to people from across India made me recognize states by accent alone!
What inspires you in your work?
The team I work with, who are driven with passion and motivate me to do my best each day. The work of great artists who we interact with, the projects we work upon, the colleagues we bond with are all inspiring in some way or the other. Keeps every goal challenging and meaningful.
What is a fun fact about you?
I love road trips, taking off to new destinations and karaoke nights with friends. I love cooking and in my head I've won the MasterChef competition a few times already!

What inspires me to work hard every day is the vision of giving my family the life they never had. Their happiness and comfort drive me to keep pushing forward.

A fun fact about me is that I produce electronic music! It's a passion that keeps me inspired and imaginative.
